The Basic Introduction:

The basic introduction to the Segway® takes less than five minutes.  The first time you stand on the platform your factory trained coach will hold the Segway for you. Your coach will let go of the Segway when you let the Segway balance itself for you. Then your coach will tell you how to make the Segway move forward, move backward and turn to the left and right.  Now you are ready to glide under the direct supervision of your Segway coach. The basic introduction is all the training you will need to have fun at a Segway Party.

Solo:

Our factory trained coach will give you the buyer’s orientation training which includes a short safety video.   We will review the four safety features of the Segway and discuss some of the diffrences between out first generation Segways and the newer second generation Segways.   You will learn which keys to use to start the Segway's computers so it will perform at your own comfort level.  You will learn how to operate the Segway in power assist mode, how to change from power assist mode to balance mode and how to charge the batteries.  If you plan to transport the Segway in your car we will demonstrate our loading procedure.
